By accessing and using Home Design AI ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

Home Design AI provides artificial intelligence-powered interior design services, including but not limited to:

  • Image-to-Image Transformation: Converting uploaded room images into different design styles
  • Text-to-Image Generation: Creating interior design visualizations from text descriptions
  • Style Recommendations: Providing design suggestions and style options

Content Safety & Acceptable Use Policy

Home Design AI is designed exclusively for interior design, home decoration, and architectural visualization purposes. We implement robust content moderation to ensure platform safety and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Strictly Prohibited Content (NSFW Policy)

The generation of the following content is strictly prohibited on our platform:

  • Sexually Explicit Content: Any pornographic, nude, or sexually explicit imagery
  • Sexually Suggestive Content: Images depicting undressing, twerking, provocative poses, or any other sexually suggestive content
  • NSFW Content: Any content that would be considered "Not Safe For Work" or inappropriate for general audiences
  • Nude Imagery: Any depiction of nudity, partial nudity, or revealing clothing

Mandatory NSFW Content Filters

Our platform employs mandatory NSFW content filters that are an integral part of our AI generation pipeline. These filters:

  • Actively prevent generation of sexually explicit, nude, or sexually suggestive content
  • Cannot be bypassed, disabled, or circumvented by users
  • Apply to all user inputs and AI-generated outputs
  • Are continuously updated to address new violation patterns

Other Prohibited Content

  • Illegal Content: Any content that violates local, national, or international laws
  • Violent Content: Content promoting violence, hatred, or harm to individuals or groups
  • Deceptive Content: Content intended to mislead, defraud, or deceive others
  • Intellectual Property Violations: Content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other IP rights

Enforcement & Violations

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate action, including but not limited to: content removal, account suspension, permanent account termination, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law. We reserve the right to report illegal content to law enforcement agencies.

User Responsibilities

As a user of Home Design AI, you agree to:

Lawful Use: Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
Content Ownership: Only upload images that you own or have permission to use
Appropriate Content: Not upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted material
System Integrity: Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any images or content you upload to our service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and generate designs based on your inputs.

Generated Designs

AI-generated designs created through our service are provided for your personal or commercial use. However, we cannot guarantee the uniqueness of generated content.

Our Platform

The Home Design AI platform, including its software, algorithms, and user interface, remains our intellectual property and is protected by copyright and other laws.

Disclaimers & Limitations

Important Notice: AI-generated designs are suggestions only and should not replace professional architectural or interior design consultation for structural changes.
  • No Warranty: The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • Accuracy: We do not guarantee the accuracy or feasibility of generated designs
  • Liability: Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

You may discontinue use of the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
